Declarations. Cards Speak at Showdown

Cards speak to determine the winner. Verbal declarations of hand value are not binding at showdown but deliberately miscalling a hand may be penalized. Dealers should read and announce hand values at showdown. Any player, in the hand or not, should speak up if they think a mistake is made in reading hands or calculating and awarding the pot. 攤牌決定贏家時以真實牌力為准，攤牌時口頭聲明自己的牌力無效，故意誤報自己的牌力將會招致處罰。計分員應當在攤牌階段讀出並宣布牌力大小。如果判斷輸贏或獲得底池時出現錯誤，桌上的玩家無論是否參與當前牌局都有責任提出聲明。
